Chapter One was so good. I loved it. It immediately made me think of ways with my current position in which I can improve. I really like what it says about promoting trust and creativity. It certainly encouraged me to encourage others and recognize their accomplishments. I thought that it was wonderful.

I found it helpful also when the chapter discussed promoting creativity and trust. It made it seem more attainable for today's leaders which is very helpful because sometimes I think people are hesitant to lead because they feel so distanced from leadership positions. Furthermore, this book is wonderful in that it encourages every person in an organization to be a leader and not just those with certain titles.
